Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the custom nature, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If there’s a quality issue, contact us within 3 days.

A: Take a photo and contact us immediately.

Q: How much is shipping?

- West Malaysia: RM8 (1 item), RM10 (2+)
- East Malaysia: RM15 (1 item), RM20 (2+)
- Free shipping for RM100+ (West Malaysia only)
