Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Each piece is meticulously handcrafted, and minor imperfections may be present. Perfectionists should consider carefully before placing an order.

Exchange

We only accept exchanges for different sizes of the same product, please email us at sunihandmade@gmail.com for exchange purpose.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

- Items must not be used or damaged.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 You may return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt for an exchange.

2. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.
